Senior Recruiter

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our U.S. Recruiting team for an award winning company in Flagstaff, Arizona. This position is a temporary, one year assignment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Demonstrating strong business partnership to support growth:
    • Actively learning the business and functional areas for which they recruit
    • Designing clear partnership expectations collaboratively with hiring champions
  • Acting as an Employer Brand ambassador:
    • Modeling Company’s values and principles at each candidate touch point
    • Influencing hiring teams on the value of creating positive candidate experiences
  • Performing effective full-cycle talent assessment:
    • Assessing capabilities that align with functional competencies and Company’s culture fit
    • Developing and driving strategies to attract future diverse talent
  • Collaborating with a team:
    • Demonstrating agility in both transferring and taking on work from other team members across locations and functions to support effective recruiter capacity and business need
    • Partnering effectively with Recruiting Logistics associates to deliver hiring outcomes

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of talent acquisition and/or staffing.
  • Demonstrated consultative approach to talent acquisition through effective partnership with business stakeholders
  • An ability to rapidly gain credibility and successfully influence every key step of the hiring process
  • Strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction
  • Experience working in dynamic and fast-paced environment

Desired Job Qualifications:

  • Competency with an online recruitment management system (Taleo preferred)
  • Talent acquisition experience involving complex business models and markets

$50/hour
