Executive Assistant (Temporary Position)

We are actively recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant with a proven track record in managing intricate administrative tasks that demand independent judgment and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in fostering and sustaining relationships across various offices, businesses, and community members. Considering the amount of responsibilities required for this position the selected candidate will have to be flexible and reliable.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and coordinating multiple meetings
  • Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Maintains an up-to-date electronic and paper filing system.
  • Creates reports, presentations and communication memos
  • Records and transcribes meeting notes or minutes
  • Manage a wide variety of administrative duties within the office environment
  • On occasion evening and weekend work is required

  • Proficient in planning, organization, and multitasking
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and maintain stability in that environment
  • Ability to stay calm in stressful situations and make sound decisions
  • Ability to organize and prioritize duties and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment
  • Proficient in all areas of technology including virtual meeting environments
  • Excellent customer service skills

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of Executive Assistant experience or similar administrative skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Evenings and weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Executive administrative support: 2 years (Preferred)
