Residential Maintenance Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Maintenance Technician to join our Performance Staffing Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and ensuring the overall safety and efficiency of our operations.

Duties

– Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on equipment and machinery, including electrical and mechanical systems.

– Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues.

– Utilize an ohmmeter, ammeter, and other testing equipment to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical problems.

– Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot and repair complex systems.

– Provide field service to customers, including on-site maintenance and repair tasks.

– Maintain a high level of safety awareness and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

– Work effectively in a team environment and communicate with other maintenance technicians and supervisors.

– Demonstrate strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.

Experience

– 2+ years of experience in a maintenance or technical role, preferably in a residential or hotel environment is preferred.

– Proven experience with electrical and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.

– Kknowledge of electrical safety protocols.

– Experience in field service, including on-site maintenance and repair tasks.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with a focus on residential maintenance. They will be skilled in the use of testing equipment, including an ohmmeter and ammeter, and will be able to interpret schematics to troubleshoot and repair complex systems. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $17.40 – $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Weekends as needed
