Job description:
Performance Staffing is currently recruiting for an Outdoor Vendor Attendant at the Grand Canyon National Park. This vendor site is open April through October of each year, as weather permits.
The position involves greeting outdoor market vendors, assisting the vendors throughout the day with any questions or concerns, opening and closing the vendor site each day, maintaining the cleanliness of the vendor site and ensuring the area remains free of trash.
Pay: $18.35 per hour. If candidate lives outside of the Grand Canyon area, mileage may be reimbursed.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be at least 18
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrate good communication skills
- Demonstrate organization skills and the ability to multi-task
- Candidate must be able to work as part of a team and work independently
- Candidate must be able to pass a background and drug test
Other Requirements:
- Regular attendance is an essential function of all our positions to ensure continuity.
- Must be willing and able to work weekends and holidays if assigned.
- May be required to stand on their feet and/ or walk up to 8-12 hours per day
- May involve regular bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting
