Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Landscape Technician to join our Performance Staffing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our outdoor spaces. The successful applicant will have a passion for landscaping and be able to work independently or as part of a team to achieve our landscaping goals.

Duties

– Perform snow plowing and other winter maintenance tasks as needed

– Operate hand tools and power tools to complete various landscaping tasks

– Maintain existing landscapes by mowing, pruning, and watering plants

– Build new landscape features such as retaining walls, patios, and walkways

– Irrigate plants and ensure proper water distribution

– Provide tree care services, including pruning and planting

– Assist in the design and installation of new landscapes

– Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems or areas for improvement

– Dig trenches for irrigation systems and other landscape features

Experience

– A minimum of 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance

– Proven experience with snow plowing and winter maintenance

– Familiarity with power tools and hand tools

– Knowledge of landscape design and construction principles

– Ability to operate heavy machinery such as tractors and mowers

– Experience with tree care and irrigation systems

– Physical stamina to perform demanding outdoor tasks

– Excellent attention to detail and ability to work safely

– Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Skills

– Experience with landscape maintenance and construction

– Knowledge of snow plowing and winter maintenance practices

– Proficiency with power tools and hand tools

– Ability to maintain and build new landscapes

– Familiarity with irrigation systems and tree care practices

– Experience with landscape design and construction

– Physical stamina and ability to work safely

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract, Seasonal

Pay: $17.40 – $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
