The cost to you will vary based on several factors such as, the number of temporary employees needed, workers comp code associated with the job classification, and length of time you need the employee. Performance Staffing is responsible for all payroll and related costs including workers compensation, unemployment and general liability insurances. We’re committed to providing quality employees to your organization at a competitive price.
Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately after you contact our service. We take time to understand the details of the position, your organization culture and expectations. We then use that information to match our candidates work experience and preferences to your needs while remaining in communication with you. Our quality assurance program initiates on the first day our employee reports to work at your business, and will continue for the duration of the employee’s assignment.
Performance Staffing is a full-service staffing organization. We provide supplemental staff in all areas of Office/Professional, Accounting, Technical, and Light Industrial. We have over 30 years of experience meeting clients staffing requests and are confident that we can meet your staffing expectations.
After a comprehensive interview and skill testing, we perform a reference check on each applicant’s past work history. For an additional fee, a national background check and a five-panel drug test can be completed. Performance Staffing trains and tests on OSHA/safety and can offer hundreds of different skill assessments using PreValuate. We comply with E-Verify.

We do realize sometimes it’s not clear until our employee is on their assignment to determine their success. If within the first four hours, if our employee is not meeting your expectations, notify us and there will be no charge to your organization. We will then find a replacement who meets your requirements. Our commitment to quality is uncompromising!
